The Package focuses on increasing customer engagement and providing timely support via your webpage and social media platforms. This helps drive traffic, convert followers into loyal customers, and foster a loyal community around your brand, which, in turn, can drive business growth. 

By managing your social media and online presence, FinTech allows you to focus on managing and growing your day-to-day business. Your website and social media presence become your “shop window” to current and potential customers, strengthening your brand and driving success. 

The package includes a new (or redesigned) English and multilingual SEO-ready website (WordPress) featuring up to 5 web pages, hosting, domain name, SSL/TLS security, and an email address.  

In addition, FinTech will:  

  • Create and manage your profiles on all relevant social media platforms, plus Google Business/Maps, and TripAdvisor (if your business is in the hospitality sector, or is a tourist attraction), ensuring the information is correct and up to date.  
  • Conduct regular mailshots/newsletters via email, social media, and your website on your behalf.  
  • Monitor and respond to all posts and comments on your social media, gather data on emails, newsletters, posts, and activity from your digital profile, and promptly highlight negative feedback to mitigate adverse opinion.  

You will receive weekly analytics and reports, along with monthly interactions, enabling you to gauge your customers, identify trends, gather feedback, measure success, and refine your social media marketing strategies to align with your overall marketing plan and enhance your customer service. 

Pricing Per Month:

  • Payment: Direct debit on the 25th of each month.

 Google Business/Maps and TripAdvisor: 

  • Set up and manage profiles or update current profiles.
    (TripAdvisor is relevant to hospitality venues and tourist/travel-related businesses). 
  • Ensure all data is correct and current. 
  • Respond to comments and report (weekly). 
  • Advise any negative comments if/when found. 
  • Relevant analytics reported (weekly).

You will receive a weekly analytic report, covering the website and all social media platforms from which we can extract data.

  • Covering: Traffic/visits, comments, reviews, posts, likes, follows, shares etc.  
  • Response to the latest mailshot, newsletter, and promotions if any. 
  • Reporting reads, opens, responses, and comments etc. 
  •  Monthly Interaction:  

We will have a person-to-person monthly interaction.  

  • Improving effectiveness and customer satisfaction by:  
  • Reviewing the past month’s analytics/figures.
